I am a forein national (from India). Came to USA in early 2007 and working on L1 visa. My wife & two kids came to USA and stayed for 3 months in USA during 2007. Now they are back in INDIA. My family stayed here total 3months in USA in 2007. Can I get benefits of family (tax excemptions) for IRS income tax returns in 2007.
